Create an unpublished draft post with content, SEO metadata, and optional tag and author assignments. Use Set Post Publication to publish or schedule it.

### Set Post Publication

**Slug:** `INBLOG_SET_POST_PUBLICATION`

Publish, unpublish, or schedule an existing Inblog post. Returns a normalized publication_status and action_effective result because Inblog represents a schedule as published=true with its future time in published_at. Scheduling requires a future timezone-aware timestamp.

Partially update a post's content, SEO metadata, or complete tag and author assignments without changing publication state. Omitted fields remain unchanged.

### Create or Update Redirect

### Create or Update Tag
