### Send Transactional Email

**Slug:** `DIRECTIQ_SEND_TRANSACTIONAL_EMAIL`

Send one transactional email immediately from a DirectIQ-accepted sender to exactly one recipient. This externally visible, non-idempotent action may deliver email and can create duplicate sends if retried; DirectIQ does not support cc or bcc on this endpoint.

#### Input Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `content` | string | Yes | Complete email body as HTML or plain text; the endpoint accepts one content value and has no separate HTML/text mode field. |
| `subject` | string | Yes | Email subject line. |
| `to_email` | string | Yes | Exactly one recipient email address. Multiple recipients, cc, and bcc are not supported. |
| `from_email` | string | Yes | Sender email address; it must be accepted and authorized by DirectIQ. |
| `attachments` | array | No | Optional files to attach. Every item must include fileName, contentType, and base64Content. |
